Our IADWP Awards Ceremony program will be held on 21 to 23 October 2021 in the city of Istanbul in Turkey.

We will host the final 5 from all 16 categories at the award ceremony

Our Program to be as below;

Day 1 Arrival day in Istanbul city, Turkey (21 October 2021, Thursday)
(Lunch, Dinner, and overnight in Istanbul in all-inclusive concept Included)

Arrival to Istanbul Turkey, Istanbul Airport and transfer to Pullman Hotel and check in at our hotel. Today, Destination Weddings And Romance Travel Industry Conference will be started at 10:00 by Opening Ceremony. If you arrive early, you can also join the the opening ceremony. You will have a chance to meet with many Ambassadors from different countries, many Professional Tour Operators, International Well-known Speakers and Many Wedding Professionals as well.

Day 2 AWARD Ceremony- Destination Weddings And Romance Travel Industry Conference and B2B Networking Event  (22 October 2021, Friday)

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and overnight in Istanbul in all-inclusive concept Included)

Today, after the breakfast, you can benefit from our B2B Meetings  throughout the day . B2B Networking Sessions between Buyers and Exhibitors to be performed between 10:00 and 17:00. 

By 19:00, there will be the Destination Wedding Award Ceremony Reception. The winners will be declared upon and we will present the awards to the winners. By 21:00, We will have a Gala Dinner served. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3  End of Award Ceremony - Destination Weddings And Romance Travel Industry Conference and B2B Networking Event  (23 October 2021, Saturday)

After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and transfer back to  Istanbul airport for your trip back home.
